PRODUCTION SCHEDULER / MATERIAL MASTER COORDINATOR

TIGER Drylac USA, Inc. is looking for a Production Scheduler / Material Master Coordinator with 24 months of experience.

The overall responsibility of the position is to liaise between production and internal customers to ensure external customer requirements are met.

Applicants must have knowledge of various SAP transactions.

Key responsibilities / tasks of the position:

Scheduling

• Specify, supervise and secure production dates with respect to economical handling of all available resources
• Monitor production schedule and make changes as necessary
• Define optimum costing lot size for each product based on historical data

Interdepartmental Communication

• Inform Sales and Customer Service of finish dates and metallic product costs
• Inform the Lab and Quality Assurance department of quality related issues
• Inform purchasing department on raw material availability
• Communicate to production all production scheduling matters

Data Entry

• Design capacity plan horizons for each production line
• Maintain Material Master data on the product level in SAP

Production Reporting Provide weekly production monitoring reports on the following:

• Produced vs. shipped volume
• Stock availability
• Open orders and production lead times
• Rework material inventory position and movement
• Production forecast (monthly)
• Recommendations on optimum raw material, production manning, and machine utilization
