For more than 50 years, Meals on Wheels People has helped thousands of older adults in the Portland Metro area maintain their independence through weekly meal delivery and social connections. We are looking for a Program Assistant to join our team in Washington County. The Program Assistant will work in varying capacities depending on county and center needs: overseeing and managing volunteers; supporting in-person lunch services; and assisting with the home delivery program. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible individual who can oversee meal preparation, ensure proper delivery of home-delivered meals, and assist with administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in social services and/or foodservice, be bilingual, highly organized, and possess great interpersonal skills.
