What you will do:
  • Program Management
    • Execute overall materials planning program management and administration responsibility for cadenced programs, key initiatives, and procedures
    • Oversee the supply and receipt performance and monthly Procurement financial scorecard iterations
    • Achieve net reduction in annualized support services costs by centralizing and optimizing supply chain services delivery globally
    • Communicate updates on the status and disposition of supply chain programs to senior management
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Responsible for the management of complex global supply programs and functions
    • Facilitate all materials planning data management, improvement efforts, and senior leadership reporting for America’s theater.
    • Lead all S&OE and S&OP processes by value stream for America’s theater.
    • Weekly reporting to senior leadership, taking requests/initiatives/feedback for the supply chain organization.
    • Support of the materials planning team leads within America’s manufacturing facilities in eliminating operations impacts, reducing 4 day firm disruptions, and improvement of key performance indicators.
    • Drive key tactical decision making between order management, materials planning, and internal plant scheduling that involves demand alignment with parts availability.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Provide reliable and actionable performance measures for supplier performance, demand coverage, and working capital.
    • Develop, document, and ensure policies and procedure exist to meet organizatinoal and company objectives.
    • Design and lead cadenced programs around ERP system parameters.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in supply chain
  • Direct experience with procurement
  • Broad business knowledge and managerial experience
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
Skills, Experience & Abilities
  • Knowledge of international and domestic purchasing practices and procedures
  • Problem solving and project management skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
