Nature of Work:
Performs responsible professional and administrative work monitoring and maintaining data within mission critical software for the Capital Improvement Division. This position will upload project related documents and data into the construction management software, while ensuring documents and data are complete and accurate. Incumbent will be responsible for the general administration of the software and maintains data integrity. This position will also provide construction software training and support to various members of the division. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Division Manager and Program Manager and performance is reviewed on periodic basis through both formal and informal meetings
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration or related field and 2 years of administrative experience in project management, experience with construction management software or project management software desired; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
DRIVER LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW. FLORIDA DRIVER LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
