Job description
As a Project Manager (PM) you will help our new customers during the onboarding process. You will take ownership of the change management process ensuring change controls move through the system. This role will work under the Professional Services (PS) department and build cross functional relationships with the Sales team, IT/engineering and Symbeo production teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a proactive PS engagement model to ensure that we have clearly defined requirements, and solid development, implementation testing and deployment plans.
- Own and deliver successful outcomes that align with the expectations defined and agreed upon in sales and project requirement documents.
- Build a strong partnership with Symbeo sales team, and develop customer relationships to assist in managing pre-sales expectations, and customer escalations.
- Be a Symbeo cultural ambassador, fostering teamwork, collaboration and overall cross functional alignment across all teams.

- Demonstrated success in managing projects.
- Successful candidates will have the ability to ensure that complex business requirements are translated into comprehensible technical requirements and that outcomes match customer expectations.
- Strong presenter who can enthusiastically lead a presentation that influences audiences and drives consensus across both external customer and internal Symbeo stakeholders.
- A seasoned expert in developing documentation for project requirements, project plans, project status reporting and action plans.
- A calm, professional team member who can handle high pressure and complicated planning with shifting and evolving priorities.
PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
Pay Range: $65,450 – $108,911
