PRACTICE OVERVIEW

We are a startup ketamine infusion office focused on superior client care through research-based mental health relief. We are located on the South Shore in Hanover Ma, and partner with our clients to improve their quality of life using IV Ketamine Infusions for the treatment of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We are hiring a per diem, dynamic Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is an opportunity to be an integral part of a growing team. Our office focuses on excellent client care in a relaxed, non-clinical environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a per diem role and is dependent on patient caseload. However, we are a growing company, and the ideal candidate will be open to increasing work hours as the business evolves.

As the on-site clinician, you will report directly to our staff psychiatrist for all clinical matters and to the owner for operational matters.

Performs comprehensive medical assessments patients, including obtaining patient histories, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostics and therapeutics, interpreting patient data, triaging to higher level of care if appropriate

Provides respectful, patient-centered, trauma-informed medical care that is at the same time thorough and efficient

Documents patient encounters meticulously and efficiently

Assists with the development and evaluation of practice guidelines and protocols

Participates in quality and process improvement activities to improve patient care and/or related systems Responsibilities

Ability to provide medication management and informal counseling.

Ensure patient information is accurately, carefully, and completely documented.

Work and function in a culturally competent capacity with a diverse community of patients.

Possess and utilize exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with all health team members, support staff, and clients.

Work independently in an adapting start-up environment with guidance from an off-site physician and owner.

Train staff and clients as needed.

Review and interpret test results.

Possess highly collaborative style within the medical community and with a multidisciplinary team.

Complete virtual pre-treatment assessments.

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Active license in Ma

DEA License

Malpractice insurance required

BLS required, ACLS preferred

Ketamine/psychedelic integration therapy training is highly desired. Training can be provided at no cost to the right candidate.

Experience working in an acute care setting is preferred

Excellent IV skills

Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills

Ability to work autonomously with appropriate collaboration from the physician

Able to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide superior quality care

Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Experience with technology including Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM software, virtual collaboration platforms, etc.

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Distinguished professional demeanor required

At least 5 years of professional experience. May consider less experience if other attributes are compelling.
