Quality Process Training Specialist

Our Dedicated Solutions division is focused on service excellence to retailers and producers who need consistent, dependable, high quality delivery services. We provide customers the flexibility of a private fleet, without the expense.

Shift: Mon-Friday 1st shift

Job Summary: The Quality Process Training Specialist is responsible for documenting, maintaining, and training the core processes owned by the CRST Operating Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain non-driver training schedules, content, and delivery.
• Produce evidence of and maintain documentation related to non-driver trainings, proficiencies, and competencies in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Define, record, and create role-specific trainings in collaboration with organizational leaders to maintain accurate and targeted training practices.
• Onboard non-driver new hires through the orientation of process including training of standard work for performing key processes.
• Lead and maintain periodic competency reviews to ensure the knowledge and abilities of non-driving personnel.
• Create and maintain a consistent training matrix to standardize the onboarding experience of non-driver new hires, driving consistent success across all participants in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to tailor individual mentorship and coaching plans to develop employees where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make recommendations to process owners.
• Champion training content and delivery best-practices to promote a strong onboarding experience and orientation to organizational policies.
• Support Quality & Security projects where requested through execution of control plans, CAPA, and facilitation of improvement teams.

Experience, Qualifications, Education:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Experience performing department operational processes
• Demonstrated success in leading classroom, virtual, and experiential learning
• Conversant in Office solutions, including Visio and SharePoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for process-based thinking and identification of bottlenecks and waste
