The President of Maven Valuation, Anthony Legotti, MAI has 21+ years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. Anthony joined forces with Michael Murphy of Douglas Elliman Commercial Real Estate to form the ultimate team in commercial real estate. Headquartered in New York, we are operational nationwide with offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and California. Much of the staff is comprised of the US Special Operations Community who have moved onto real estate careers after their service. We have experience appraising a wide variety of commercial real estate with a reputation for quality reports and fast turn times.

Our company is seeking Certifed General Appraisers to complete property inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule inspections with property contacts.
• Provide a complete set of photographs and all relevant site notes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per hour

Experience:
