We are currently seeking a Computer Science graduate. Should already have a Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Cyber Security, etc.

This is primarily a Tier 2 Helpdesk support role for systems.

Responsibilities:

• User MAC (Moves/Adds/Changes)
• Password resets
• File Transfer Validation
• Some project work like Upgrades, Integration workReport generation

• Training will be provided in WorkDay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
