Job Description:
Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is currently looking for a Recruiter to join the team. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with our various hiring managers and senior executives to source and recruit top talent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Responsible for the pre-screening and interviewing of potential candidates for viability and fit on existing and upcoming positions and roles.
  • Provide sourcing and search activities, develop strategies, utilize resume databases, in-house talent management systems, online resources, associations, internal and external referrals and competition recruitment.
  • Provide consultation with hiring managers and build relationships and communicate with them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand the needs of business and develop a staffing plan to support their current hiring needs and future growth.
  • Engage with potential sources and candidates for existing and upcoming positions. Responsible for maintaining a large resource of potential “pooled” sources and candidates for recruitment and referrals.
  • Create a positive candidate experience.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in business administration or related discipline or equivalent area of study. 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources or related position or combined internships.
    • Or, non-degree holders must possess a High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of experience in a talent acquisition, human resources or related area. Incumbent is desired to advance their education towards a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Preferred industry experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C).
  • Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products and experience working in an applicant tracking systems. iCIMS experience preferred.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.
