Our locally owned lawn care company is currently hiring enthusiastic and out going Remote Customer Service Representatives! We are searching for highly motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, and strive to ensure that our customers receive professional customer service at all times. By communicating effectively and clearly with our customers and members of other departments, our CSRs will strive to quickly find the right solution for each customer.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Interact with customers by phone to answer questions,
• Verify customer information
• Practice active listening skills while on the phone to determine the exact needs of our customers
• Use excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
• Dial outbound collection calls to past due accounts while remaining courteous and considerate
• Clear communication within all departments is a necessity to satisfy our customers’ needs
• Other office related administrative duties

Qualifications:

• You must live in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, or Ohio
• Previous customer service experience required
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
• Comfortable learning new computer software, including measurement tools
• High speed internet connection
• Noise cancelling headphones
• Webcam
• Desktop/Laptop (sorry no Chromebooks)
• Type 50wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
