Note: This is a part-time, Thursday-Saturday, 8 am to 4 pm role with an opportunity for remote work.

We are looking for a highly motivated, technically proficient, reservationist (guest communication) for our short-term rental business (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.). We currently own and operate 200+ short-term rentals in Norfolk, Virginia and are growing rapidly in the city and pursuing expansion into additional cities.

Responsibilities are as follows:
-Manage all guest communication with our centralized guest communication platform (Guesty).

-Provide phone support for incoming guest calls and provide world-class customer service.
-Coordinate guest requests, issues, and notes with our in-house operations team (cleaners, maintenance, landscaping) and external contractors.
-Maintain and continually improve our rental listings across all booking channels and our centralized property management system.
-Manage project coordination with employees

Skillsets required:
-Project management
-Team coordination
-Customer service (phone and messaging)
-Problem-solving
-Expert level in Microsoft Office suite
-Expert level in Google drive and office suite apps (docs, sheets, etc.)
-Experience working with integrated IT systems
-Experience working with modern payment processing providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc)

Additional Requirements:

-4 year College Degree

-4 years + professional experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
