• High school diploma plus minimum one year relevant experience, or

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Reviews criminal files and victim impact statements to determine amount of restitution due to the victim.
• Investigates claims of restitution from victims for accuracy and completeness.
• Responds to telephone calls and walk-ins with regards to restitution procedures, victim rights, and case status when Restitution Coordinator is unavailable.
• Distributes department’s incoming mail, pulls files, collects and distributes files daily.
• Scans all victim impact statements, recap sheets, supporting documentation and prepares payout orders.
• Organizes all in-coming District Court files in order of next court date
