Synergy Sales is Hiring Retail Sales Representatives as we partner with Walmart to launch Frontier's new campaign!
Our main objective at Synergy is to build lasting partnerships with clients and add value to their brands. We tackle the challenges of today’s environment by continually updating our sales model to stay ahead of shifts within the industry. We’re looking for talented and highly motivated individuals, seeking an opportunity to grow individually & professionally.
This role will focus on Frontier's exciting, new campaign expanding High-speed Fiber Internet to Residential customers in Marion. Most people qualify under the Government's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), receiving free or heavily discounted rates. This is a great opportunity if you have experience selling internet, lifeline or cell phone services! Experience enrolling qualified customers in government benefits programs is also a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Build Brand Awareness & Acquire new customers on behalf of Frontier Communications
- Promote products and services using In-store promotions and giveaways at contracted Walmart locations
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge by providing quality sales presentations
- Utilize Apps to complete customer qualification/registration and Process transactions
- Maintain assigned territory & Build Relationships with local venues and retail partners

High School Degree or Equivalent- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
- Must be organized, motivated & thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport & communicate effectively with customer
Must have reliable transportation; commuting within Marion and surrounding areas
