We’re expanding our ONSITE TEAM in Miramar and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our Roadside Assistance Program! * Morning & Afternoon schedules available! *

* Must be able to work one day of the weekend, Saturday OR Sunday *

Salary: $15/hour base pay plus performance pay

Training Pay: 1 week @ $12/hr hour (1 week ONLY)

Training Schedule: Monday 12/12 through Friday 12/16 - 9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations
  • Utilize provided software tool to research inquiries and document customer interactions
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and text while updating internal computer applications and systems
  • Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best in class service
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work every day
  • Proven record of great attendance and demonstrated skills as a team player
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Agents may be asked to transition to between channels at any time.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, clear diction, tone, and knowledge/use of proper grammar
  • Ability to explain complex, step-by-step processes to customers over the phone
  • Prior customer service/troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers

The compensation package for this position includes a $15/hr base salary and the opportunity for hourly increases based on performance and tenure. After 60 days of employment, you will qualify for a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and Personal Time Off. After 6 months of employment, you will qualify to opt into the following benefits: short/long term disability, life insurance, and our matching 401K plan.
