Entry-level job responsibilities can include:

• Outlining, editing, and arranging content

• Optimizing websites for SEO purposes

• Communicating with web publishers and freelance content writers

• Creating, running, and managing email marketing campaigns

Entry-level candidates will be assessed on their ability to work in a flat and lean organization and on small teams with inter-departmental communication, as well as on their ability to respond to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with accountability for deadlines. The candidate must have strong writing skills.

Successful entry-level candidates will be passionate, willing to attack problems with flair and creativity, and enthusiastic about the challenge of helping small and medium-sized businesses.
