Exciting times at Holmen Cheese as we continue to rapidly grow. This growth has created a need to add to our Sales team. This position will be crutial to position the company for immediate and long-term success. We are looking for a team member with a successful track record of sales in a dairy/food manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as point person for current and potential customers

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships

· Ensure pricing is in line with company philosophy/structure

· At as a liaison between production/quality and the customers

· Effectively and independently use ERP system

· Attend industry conventions/conferences

· Provide updated sales reports to the team weekly

· Ensure accurate sales forecasting and update as needed

· Actively monitor and report on competitive actions and promotions and identify solutions to overcome competitive actions

· Review contracts to ensure they meet company standards

· Understand and monitor input markets to help communicate with customers

· Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
