Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and assisting them through the check-in and check-out process
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, and authorizing benefits
• Completing training to advance your skills and knowledge to advance in your career
• Assisting opticians with frame styling and presenting lens options based on the patient’s lifestyle and visual needs

Requirements

• Prior optical experience is NOT required for this position
• A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence
• Ability to deliver a SPEC-tacular patient experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work hours of operation including evenings and Saturdays
• Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is a big plus
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred

Starting pay $17 an hour

Plus quarterly bonus
