Job description

Minnesota Wisconsin Playground has a rare opening for a self-motivated, experienced, and career-oriented Sales Representative to further develop our sales territory in the Milwaukee-Appleton-Green Bay area of Wisconsin.

In this position, you will

· Work from a home office and travel Eastern Wisconsin for 8-15 outside sales calls a week

· Use CRM to track leads

· Use strong prospecting skills to meet and exceed established sales quotas

· Make occasional trips to the Minneapolis office, tradeshows, and sales meetings

The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication and computer skills.

Experience selling to park & recreation, schools, contractors and landscape architects will move your resume to the top of our list.

Desired Skills & Experience

· Minimum of 2-3 years of successful outside sales or account management experience in a relationship selling role with a proven success record

· Comfortable with public speaking and presentations

· Be technically and mechanically oriented

· Able to track multiple projects at once, and prospect new business while defending existing business

· A proven record of developing long term business relationships

Minnesota Wisconsin Playground will provide the successful candidate

· Extensive training in product and services

· Starting leads, but prospecting is required

· A competitive compensation package

Salary dependent on experience, supplemental pay available based on performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
