Job Description

Function: As an Ashley Homestore Sales Specialist, your first responsibility is to generate sales, while also providing our guests with the best shopping experience in the industry. Training in leadership and communication will provide the foundation will you need to progress to the next steps in the company.

General Requirements: A great attitude is a must! Sales experience is a plus, but is not mandatory. An open mind is mandatory however, as you will be shown new and exciting ways to maximize your selling and earning potential.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional shopping experience
* Utilize sales training
* Develop and maintain product knowledge
* Exceed minimum productivity goals
* Clean/maintain assigned area of responsibility
* Work assigned schedule
* Complete necessary reports/paperwork
