Emerald Health and Rehab is searching for an experienced nursing scheduler who's primary responsibility is to staff the building. Your main position is to ensure the staffing levels are accurate, provide for vacations, call ins and open shifts. This position is a very key position that requires a detailed minded person that has the ability to work with staff to achieve a proper nursing schedule. You must have experience in scheduling and long term care experience to be considered the best qualified. Human resources will be a portion of this persons role in interviewing and selecting C.NA and Med Aides for the building. Weekend rotations and holidays managing the schedule is required.
