Civil Engineering & Construction Management firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Estimator to join our Project Controls Team.
The ideal candidate will have estimating experience for major construction projects in the Transportation, Facilities and Infrastructure markets. Mechanical and Electrical experience is especially preferred.
The Construction Estimator position is responsible for creating accurate and complete estimates, based on both conceptual design ideas and complete design documents.
The ideal candidate will also have a client focus approach and will work well independently or as part of a project team.

Qualifications:
- Requires 10 years’ experience on major Construction or Engineering Projects, including Commercial, Public Works and/or Infrastructure projects.
- Degree in Construction Engineering, Management, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated Cost Estimating Experience
- Experience on Fast-Track Projects, at a Large Scope
- Transportation, Facilities and Airport related Projects preferred
- Microsoft Office required, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- MC2 Estimating Software (Highly Desirable)
- On-Screen Take-Off (Highly Desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed engineering and construction project cost reports, charts, and diagrams.
- Promptly report anticipated cost overages or other unsatisfactory cost elements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report project cost data, including budgeted and forecasted amounts.
- Maintain engineering and construction cost/budget expenditures

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
