Perform ongoing analysis of KeyBank's Community Reinvestment Act Lending, Investment and Service activity. Ensure technical compliance with applicable laws and regulations,. Conduct ongoing CRA/Fair Lending analysis to ensure timely and accurate reports/presentations are consistently submitted to management. Assist wtith the coordination and preparation of materials required for regulatory purposes, including CRA data submission, peer bank's performance reviews, market share analyis, and demographic-based analytic reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Work with member of CRA team to gather information required for requests from regulators and provide support during regulatory examinations to ensure requested information is compile in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Provide data driven recommendations to numerous lines of business to effect CRA performance. Assist in asset allocation planning pertaining to community development lending and investing. Synthesize and condense data for the purposes of executive presentations

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $59,000 to $110,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
