Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Training and Development is responsible for creating, implementing and evaluating the company's training and development programs. The Senior Manager will lead a team of trainers and work with departments across the organization to identify training needs and design effective programs. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and ensuring that training activities align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement training programs that support the company's mission, values and goals

2. Lead the training and development team in delivering effective training programs

3. Partner with departments across the organization to identify training needs and design programs to meet those needs

4. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary

5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development

6. Manage the training budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

7. Ensure training programs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field

2. 8+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 5 years in a management role

3. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs

4. Experience leading a team of trainers

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
