We are always looking for qualified passionate therapist to join our team at our Downtown location in Colorado Springs, CO.

We are hiring a full time Senior Physical Therapist for our Downtown location, with high interest in orthopedics and manual therapy. This position includes management as well as clinical treatment time.

Job Responsibility:

• Providing instruction regarding treatment protocols and use of equipment to the PT’s.
• Submits required documentation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
• Makes periodic inspections of equipment, identifies equipment malfunctions and initiates repairs by contacting appropriate service departments.
• Handles quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
• Serves as a liaison between the PT Department and Administration.
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
• Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enter information into computer.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Work in conjunction with the CEO and VPO
• Bring patients through their full Plan of Care and then YOU discharge them.
• Oversee daily staffing, quality of patient care, production, compliance, to ensure optimal clinical care is delivered and operating results are achieved
• Manage the Tuesday PT Meetings with in-services for the location

Qualifications:

· Graduated an accredited PT program.

· Have a current and active Colorado license.

· Highly motivated to share your knowledge with your patients and get them to their highest level of function possible.

· Strong, disciplined work ethic

Total Function PT only works with Physical Therapist, one on one for 40 minutes per visit.

Our PT’s work a 4x10 shift from 7:30-6:10 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
