SALES ASSISTANT

This company is a fashion forward Sterling Silver Jewelry Company located in mid-town Manhattan. They work with numerous accounts including Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Von Maur & Intermix.

The company is seeking a hardworking, self-starting, organized individual to work in their sales department as a sales assistant. It is a vitally important role. This is a full-time position in their NYC office (it is not remote or hybrid.) Your primary functions would be:

-Sales analysis: creating and reviewing detailed selling reports from specific accounts and communicating findings to team.

-Owning order process from submitting orders to product development team and following the process through until the order ships, communicating any changes and or updates to the team throughout the process.

-Assisting with merchandising the showroom for market and making sure all proper supplies are ordered prior to meetings.

-Creating line-sheets for market.

-Coordinating sample drop offs/returns etc.

-Spec documentation – length, weight, size, stone type etc.

Qualifications/Skills needed:

- Must be detail oriented and well organized.

- Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines.

- Adept at prioritizing and time management. The company is a fast-paced work environment.

- Must have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

-NuOrder experience preferred .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
