As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns and providing accurate lawn analyses, while offering amazing customer service. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their technical skill set while working outdoors, with no experience required!
Responsibilities
Training and coaching team members to maximize team efforts- Cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Focus on customer retention
- Leading a marketing team over winter months door-to-door
- Comprehension of mixing and loading products
- Ability to work with and communicate with the Branch Manager to ensure proper protocols are being followed and addressed if necessary
- Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and performing other professional applications
- Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes
- Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations
- Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service
