As a Server it is your responsibility to be knowledgeable in all areas of food, beverage, and service. You will learn to anticipate our Guests’ needs and to provide each one with a positive dining experience, while exhibiting the genuine hospitality our family has cultivated for generations.

The Server is also responsible for:

• Extensive knowledge of our menus
• Passion for our food and wines Clearly communicating with team and guests being a team player
• Processing orders efficiently, taking payment in a timely manner and accurate cash handling
