Welcome to The Springs at Missoula! We specialize in offering our residents and their guests a high-end dining experience in our full service dining room and our fun and lively pub.

We are seeking someone who can bring their vibrant, enthusiastic selves to our community to help create an environment of employee and resident engagement. Our Servers need to be constantly raising the bar!

The Springs at Missoula seeks a customer service driven server. This position works directly with the Dining Services Manager to ensure quality of service and delivery.

• Set schedule - consecutive days off with NO LATE NIGHTS!
• We are seeking:
• Part Time and Full Time
• Part Time: 6:30AM - 10AM
• Full-Time: 3:30PM - 7:00PM
• Have a clear understanding of excellent dining services
• Be able to promote a positive and professional work environment
• Have impeccable timeliness and organization skills
• Be respectful and kind

Qualifications

• Serving experience preferred but not required
• Leadership ability valued!
• Availability to work days and evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
• Experience with POS systems
• Must pass background screen & drug test
