Overview

a) Be the contact for Customer on daily delivery performance and service delivery commitments

b) Conduct and attend regularly scheduled status and review meetings

c) Participate in project planning sessions as appropriate at Customer’s request

d) Develop, and maintain documentation, status reporting and report management

e) Provide proper billing and invoicing

f) Participate in change management

g) Participate in release management

h) Perform Incident management

i) Perform problem management

j) Perform Service Request management

k) Perform configuration management

l) Follow Customer’s standards regarding procedures, and guidelines for information and physical security

m) Provide auditing and reporting assistance to Customer
