Holland Sharpe is looking to hire for a shipping and receiving manager to our winning team. This person will be responsibile for working directly with customers and vendors while managing a group of hourly employees.
Qualificiations:
- 4 year degree or associates with 2-3 years of experience.
- No degree with 5 plus years of experience.
- Distrubition experiences (in a manufacturing setting is a plus)
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience with return packages and international shipping
- Management of 5-15 hourly employees
- Effective communication with production team members
- Willingness to be hands on and participate with team members
- Ability to operate a forklift under safety guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and managing hourly employees
- Cordinating between customers and outsourced transporations vendors.
- Quality control
- Creating and managing SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
