Smoothie Barista (Ballard)

Availability: Weekdays and Weekends

Description:

Emerald City Smoothie is looking for talented and self-motivated team members who want to contribute to a fast growing business. If you are interested in health and wellness, have outstanding customer service skills and an interest in learning how to make nutritious smoothies, as well as selling a variety of health and fitness products, then Emerald City Smoothie Ballard may be the place for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers; including being able to suggest products/supplements for specific nutritional needs
• Learn product knowledge necessary to effectively sell health/fitness retail
• Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep
• Operate a point of sale system
• Work independently and in team setting
• Follow smoothie and product systems
• Participate in store promotions, sponsorships, and events

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Demonstrated work ethic
• Available weekdays, weekends and evenings\
• Able to handle multiple demands and still interact positively with customers at all times
• Demonstrated ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience
• Previous experience making smoothies/coffee, etc
• Previous knowledge of health/nutrition products or be willing to expand knowledge base quickly
