We are currently seeking an experienced Social Media and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Candidate must have exceptional customer service experience and engaging personality. This position requires someone who who is patient, has a positive attitude, someone who can thrive in stressful situations, has the ability to multi-task, and is results oriented.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experience by actively listening to resolve customer needs, demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving and empathy to ensure our sales and service clients are highly satisfied.
- Respond to customer surveys and reviews on google and other platforms to ensure customer concerns are acknowledged and resolved.
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the needs of the business, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of customer service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Efficiently perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- 2 years minimum work experience in customer service or sales.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
- Must be able to provide work samples (or portfolio of work).
- Proficient analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively and confidently over the phone, via e-mail and face-to-face with customers.
- Punctual, responsible, focused, creative, strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team player.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
