Position:

As a Social Media Intern, you will work on our Employee Social Media Advocacy program and assist with content creation, publishing, data forecasting and program participant service. You will contribute to our Social Commerce innovation project as needed and will be integral in launching a social media policy compliance effort.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Compliance

Work with managers and key contributors to develop, launch and maintain the program. Compile data on our banners through Meta Brand Rights Protection program. Organize and update the excel tracking document. Assist in the removal of non-Signet-owned social pages, work in partnership with jewelry consultants and managers. Aid in strategies to stop pervasive store pages. Must be organized and detail oriented.

Employee Social Media Advocacy Program

Assists with selecting, creating, editing, and uploading both paid and promotional content. Coordinate with banner social media managers to review and approve employee-generated content. Assist with ad hoc requests for content and reports. Advocate with data assessment from Sprinklr reporting to measure success and growth of advocacy relaunch. Creatively source solutions to improve program usability.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Edit and distribute the weekly social listening report

• Monitor Workplace content, SIGnet and Sprinklr Corporate

• Work in partnership with managers, directors and above as needed to maintain the Creative Commerce innovation project

• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job

• Keep abreast of industry standards and trends related to obligations

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled and pursing a degree in communications, psychology, marketing or similar field

• Graduation date range of December 2023 - May 2024

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Working knowledge and navigation of social media platforms

• Strong communication skills

Work Environment:

• This is a remote opportunity

• Part-time hours (20/week) over the course of 9-12 months

The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
