Summary:
Kirna Zabête is currently in a search for a social media manager. The company is growing rapidly, so a disposition to efficient decision making and project execution is necessary. The candidate should have a high taste level and sense of design with an eye for detail and experience in luxury. This position will report directly to our Head of Commerce and will be responsible for directing and executing the brand voice with a focus on growing our digital sales. Lead Social Media strategy, planning, and activation across key social media platforms/tactics including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and Youtube. Drive key media metrics - sales, traffic, brand lift - across the marketing funnel to encourage brand health, customer acquisition/retention, and brand loyalty. Focus on marketing productivity to ensure Kirna Zabête is reaching key media objectives in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a content strategy to drive brand awareness, social engagement, web traffic and DTC sales
  • Manage social content calendar in alignment with E-Commerce initiatives and promotions
  • Produce dynamic content including stills, gifs and video across all platforms.
  • Develop an elevated voice through copywriting
  • Determine growth metrics, set goals, and report on KPIs weekly and monthly.
  • Identify compelling stories for key initiatives through written content, social media and influencers
  • Running the social media strategy, planning, execution and analysis
  • Schedule posts and ensure everything is posted on time, determine what the best content is, timing, etc. to achieve results

  • Trying to grow the brand from a social perspective
  • Writing the copy/captions for social media, sourcing content, and working with graphic designer to develop graphics for social
  • Working with Head of Ecomm for of each brand and set agendas with them and come up with plans
  • Lead content development for daily social media, weekly emails, features, and campaigns
  • Comfort filming video and photography for a first-person social perspective
  • Manage, nurture and grow our brand community through active outreach and communication
  • Regularly update and interact all social media channels ensuring proper tags and links are in place on all campaigns
  • Produce and manage content creation on the Kirna Zabete official Instagram and YouTube channel
  • Looking for somebody who is comfortable being very hands on but also is going to bring ideas to the table and is creative
  • Need somebody who is polished, professional, client facing and can SPEAK TO RESULTS
  • Ideally somebody with experience shooting tiktoks
  • Strong copywriting writing experience with the ability to develop engaging social media concepts, and captions that are relevant

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3-5 years experience with a luxury DTC accessories or beauty company
  • Elevated aesthetic and strong content creation skills
  • Awareness of competitive landscape, platform best practices, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in many social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tik Tok
  • Fluency in Social Media Analytics
  • Collaborative, Team Player
