Reports To: Production Manager

SEEKING SOLDER CABLE ASSEMBLY WORKERS WITH VERY SMALL ELECTRONIC PARTS. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH VERY SMALL PARTS IN ELECTRONICS. THIS IS A DAY SHIFT ROLE IN REDMOND WASHINGTON. PAY RANGE IS 25-28HR. DIRECT HIRE


Expected Salary:
Salary Range: $25/hr-$28/hr firm
M-F some OT
Day Shift 7:30am-3:30PM
hourly overtime eligible


Monday – Friday
7am start (days) 8 hours
OT available
Week-ends voluntary – if available

Summary: Solder parts, manufacture cables and assemble monitors
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use specialized equipment and hand tools to solder parts per the production manual
  • Identify electronic components and symbols; understand schematics/diagrams and assemble monitors per production manual
  • Fabricate, run, and terminate wire cable harnesses per engineering drawings and production manual
  • Conduct all production work to meet schedules and timelines set by Supervisor
  • Work with and assist Production Manager and Lead Technician to coordinate the timely completion of sub-assemblies,units, and testing
  • Work with Inventory and Procurement Departments to ensure all necessary parts are available
  • Input manufacturing information into the inventory program and maintain documentation as necessary
  • Working knowledge of electronic circuitry and the ability to read a schematic
  • Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Education and Experience: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in electrical field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in electronics assembly
  • Or proven equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Certified IPC Specialist or 5 years of experience soldering and crimping wires, terminals, and surface mount assemblies.
  • Diagnostics/repair skills including the use of multimeters and various electronic tools
  • Follow written procedures and read basic drawings and schematics
  • Communicate in-process issues
  • Complete assigned tasks with little supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • J-STD-001 certified
  • IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620 certified
