First Steps is offering a $5K sign-on bonus with salary option for full-time Speech Language Pathologists to join our team in one the following areas:

• East Dallas/Mesquite
• Irving
• NW Fort Worth/Hurst-Euless-Bedford

PRN options are also available for:

• Telehealth (after-schoolers)
• Lancaster/Forney

Your Role:

• Supervise SLP-Assistants and CF-SLPs
• Complete Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests
• Develop treatment plans according to evaluation results
• Schedule and complete field visits
• Provide home program activities for patient and caregivers
• Schedule patient visits to meet plan of care
• Complete assigned patient visits according to plan of care
• Adhere to agency timelines for successful completion of all paperwork as needed.

Compensation rate: Dependent upon experience

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Personal auto liability insurance issued in Texas
• A passion to treat and care for the pediatric population!
