What you’ll be doing:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive and strategic marketing plans for specific services to achieve business growth objectives by achieving revenue/cost goals and providing an exceptional go-to-market strategy and tactics.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the position utilizes campaign management tools, creative collaboration, and marketing strategy within a team of peers to achieve defined marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate, energetic, analytical, and both a planner and an executor. Success in this position will require leadership, critical thinking, and collaboration skills with a desire to execute marketing programs that drive growth.

  • Own the development of go-to-market strategy including audience insights, positioning, messaging, and reasons to believe to drive growth for our solutions
  • Develop marketing strategies for offerings by applying segmentation, targeting marketing mix, and channel distribution
  • Use B2B storytelling skills to develop key value stories and additional key content
  • Work closely with the product innovation management team to interpret product capabilities into market opportunities for health care, while leveraging market insights and market intelligence
  • Support Business Development with meaningful content and sales tools, that position our portfolio successfully and help drive sales success
  • Provide insights to Marketing teams for content and campaign development
  • Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with clients as required and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in work processes
  • Stay up to date on the competitive landscape, health care industry and technology trends to ensure the team communicates key differentiators of our products and identify opportunities for future growth
  • Track strategic plan and individual campaign performance to adjust the plan based on key learnings

Who/What we are looking for:

  • You must have 8 or more marketing-related experience (required )
  • You have experience with B2B storytelling.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in driving organic growth. Demonstrated experience of successfully positioning products and/or solutions in a competitive market and growing market share.
  • You have proven experience and success across marketing disciplines (strategy, storytelling, segmentation, branding, digital, communications)
  • You have a proven track record of building (designing, executing, operationalizing, and scaling) marketing strategies and measuring their impact
  • You demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills in a collaborative and transparent environment Adept at managing multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast paced, outcome-driven healthcare organization
  • You are proficient in Salesforce and MS Office preferred
  • You have used Pardot (or similar Marketing automation tool)
