We are seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant to play a critical role in building our business. Our Sr. Sales Consultants conduct demonstrations of our industry-leading software for prospective clients, outline the features of our product, and highlight the benefits of working with us. They utilize our proven selling methodology and sales strategies to build our book of business and help our clients Stress Less, Grow More.
In other words, our Sr. Sales Consultants know how to Get Sh*t Done! They are able to think quickly on their feet, are passionate about hitting revenue targets, and love collaborating with their teammates.

What you'll do:

  • Product Knowledge Expert. Understand ShipMonk’s products’ features allowing you to present the benefits accurately and persuasively. Enthusiastic consultants need to be passionate about ShipMonk’s products and eager to share the benefits.
  • Presentation Skills. Able to facilitate a flawless presentation that engages the customers, interprets and understands the mindset of the listeners while providing a consultative approach to negotiate service agreements and close business.
  • Relationship Builder. Construct strong relationships with customers that embody the GSD attitude.
  • Problem Solver. Finding solutions equals customer retention. Candidates must use critical thinking to identify an issue and provide solutions that win business.

What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales, portfolio, or relationship management experience with the proven ability to accelerate account growth and engagement.
  • The ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
