This Staff Engineer at Qrypt will evolve, refactor, or redesign our system architecture to meet the increasing demands of scale, reliability, performance, and simplicity. You will deliver on internal and customer performance requirements for Qrypt’s cloud nativeAPI services, which provide post quantum cryptographic capabilities to our SDK users. You will help redesign our engineering tooling and processes to deliver value to our customers, balancing the use of what is available internally and extended.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 7-10+ years of professional experience
- A proficiency and/or interest in Python
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, highly available cloud native services
- Comfort interacting and educating customers while representing the team and the organization
- Ability to define and execute on strategic and visionary goals

The annual base pay range for this role is between $165,000 and $225,000. The actual base salary pay offered may vary based on multiple factors such as qualifications, experience, transferable skills, level of education, and other factors permitted by law. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work in this location and refers to the amount Qrypt is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The range listed is just one component of Qrypt's total compensation package.
