Home Staging Co. has an opening starting immediately for a staging mover/driver. On our team, we strive for exceeding our customer’s expectations and are passionate about having a business with integrity. We are a growing small business in a casual environment. Work hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm M-F - Some Saturdays may be needed from time to time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move furniture and décor and help setting up the home design
• Driving the company Promaster vans
• Work with inventory applications to accurately pack and install correct items from the warehouse
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Assemble furniture when delivered
• Fix damaged furniture
• Attention to detail is critical
• Work well with a partner and communicate while carrying heavy items
• Understand the professional side of business, communicating with homeowners, realtors and other real estate professionals when needed
• Learn and implement staging rules to create a beautiful space
• Willingness to learn design concepts

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 100 pounds consistently and maneuver furniture in tight spaces
• Clean driving record is a must
• Reliable transportation to our warehouse in Boulder, CO
• Able to be on feet for most of an 8 hour day
• Ability to keep area clean and organized
• Ability to work with the public in a friendly and helpful manner – we are all problem solvers

We are a full service home staging company that provides Design and Consulting for homes getting ready to go on the market for sale. We are a small company that works for some of the top Real Estate agents in Colorado creating designs that sell homes faster and for more money. We have our own 5000+ sqft warehouse of furniture and décor that we use in homes that are vacant or occupied. We move all these items with our staff and trucks to provide superb customer service.
