Job description

Would you like to be paid a fair wage where you can actually survive and thrive? Licensed in Oregon Clinicians can make between $50,000-$160,000 annually based on their preferred compensation structure and hours of direct services. You get to choose and calibrate.
Would you like to only work three days a week, having 4 days off in a row, for the rest of your career?

Alternatively you could drop your child off to school everyday and pick them up, only working during school hours?

Would you like a free MBSR, TFCBT and EMDR basic training for being Full-Time?

Would you like to help solve the mental health crisis across the State by removing barriers to care?

Our community needs you. Stronger Oregon is hiring for multiple licensed therapists/counselors to serve children in Marion County Schools with services calibrated by your clinical determination. Provide mental health services the right way by having the freedom to see a client another time within the week, if needed, or do family therapy. Productivity pressure is significantly reduced and you have the freedom to breathe, cope and have a personal life.

There are Three (Two are FTE) Options for an LPC, MFT or LCSW therapist (ask about part-time):

  • Option 1: Full Time Employment at 30 hours a week with a commission compensation setup of 60% from every insurance reimbursable service (For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $180.23 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal a $108.13 commission for you). We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $90k but that is if you just render 21 direct service hours each week of the year. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours each week of the year you can make approximately $120k a year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours each week of the year you can make approximately $140k a year.
  • Option 2: FTE - 30 hours a week at $45 an hour with $60 bonuses per direct service beyond 21 in a week. We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $70,200 but that is if you just render 21 services. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $92k a year. This allows you to not worry about no shows, commissions calculations and has been the most chosen option of our new hires. In addition to health/dental/vision benefits, there is 80 hours of PTO, 40 hours of sick leave and 10 paid holidays a year (80 hours) which is all paid at $45 an hour.
  • Option 3: Independent contractors make a 70% commission. For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $180.23 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal a $126 commission for you. There are a variety of other insurance rates as well. You can work as little as 10 direct service hours a week with an estimated income of 45k for the year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours each week of the year you can make an estimated $160,000 a year. You calibrate your ideal job.
  • You are welcome to work 40 hours a week, as is typical of most jobs, but we believe giving you more time for your personal life allows you to be the best version of your professional self. We believe it directly correlates to better services for clients and better self-care for you. The positive is, you choose. Lets talk about what is the best work/life balance for you.

This is a unique opportunity that allows you to make your own schedule, earn a substantial income and not worry about marketing/billing/overhead costs.
