Within the Scooter’s Coffee brand sits Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery. Harvest Roasting serves as the supplier to all our coffeehouse locations, including corporate and franchise owned, providing weekly product deliveries of the vast majority of products needed for daily business. For us, the focus is on quality; therefore, we handle all the roasting, shipping, baking, and packaging within Harvest Roasting.

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that will be responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations in this location. You will build and lead a friendly, service-oriented barista team, set a high-energy work pace, drive sales, increase profit, and use your AMAZING management skills to build an awesome team.

What you will do in a nutshell:

• Provide fast and friendly customer service and set the example for the team
• Interview, hire, train, and develop your team to provide an AMAZING experience to our customers
• Since we are a coffee shop -you'll need to maintain the store appearance, cleanliness, and follow proper food safety standards

• Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
