We are the Original Cookie Delivery Company and make the best cookies in the state! We are hiring a new Store Manager for our Park City location. Come join our fun start-up as a Manager on Duty and go home smelling like cookies!! This amazing opportunity for Store Manager includes overseeing daily operations in this location. This is a full-time position working 5 days a week. Must be able to work Friday and Saturday.

Available shift: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm / 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• Management experience required

• Previous manager experience preferred in the food industry

• Ability to manage & motivate bakers and delivery drivers

• Strong Customer service skills

• Strong leadership skills, ability to direct, guide, coach and hold employees accountable

• Basic experience with Microsoft suite

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts for bakers/cashiers and delivery drivers

• Create and manage employee schedules

• Train all Team Members Daily for continuous improvement

• Ensure team members are working efficiently and up to Chip standards

• Ensure amazing customer service

• Manage store cleanliness and organization

• Building a culture of happiness
