This position will consult, plan and deploy IT infrastructure projects both on-premise and in the cloud for SMB companies. Working with a team of talented and experienced technicians and consultants, this role will require hands on, advanced level configuration and implementation of servers, firewalls, switches, and cloud technologies such as Azure and Microsoft 365. By actively listening to client needs and concerns you will create positive business outcomes for our clients by implementing best of breed technologies while ensuring project scope is adhered to; budget is maintained; and timelines are met.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years related experience

· Microsoft 365/Azure Infrastructure/CCNP/VMWare Certifications or equivalent training

· Develop, deploy and troubleshoot complex infrastructure implementations both on premise and in the cloud.

· Provide mentorship and escalation support to other team members and clients.

· Develop clear and concise technical documentation and deliverables.

· Ability to interact and communicate professionally with client executives

· Provide friendly and positive support for clients over the phone and in-person that exudes personal touch and professionalism

Advanced level proficiency in the following technology:

· Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2020) including Active Directory Design (GPO, Policies, Sites, Users, Groups & Security)

· Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems

· Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud technologies and migrations to include Compute, Storage, Directory & Virtual Desktop

· Networking: Routing, Switching, Wireless, Firewalls and VPN utilizing Cisco Meraki, Fortinet & Ubiquiti.

· TCP/IP Connectivity & Protocols (DNS, DHCP, Packet captures and trace)

· Server and Storage Area Network configuration deployment and troubleshooting utilizing Dell EMC, HP & Nimble.

Salary Range

$75,000 to $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
