• Available to work weekdays & weekends; open/flexible available
• Above & beyond customer service; 1+ year of customer service skill
• 18 yoa or older (serve beer/wine)
• Seeking long term employment within a company
• Experience with basic prep skills
• Barista Experience preferred
• Experience with customer service/cash handling
• A positive high energy person

Responsibilities as a Team Member:

• Opening or closing duties
• Build a relationship with customer by providing excellent customer service
• Taking & inputting orders accurately
• Handling cash/cards transactions accurately
• Ensure orders go out correct
• Provide a positive energy environment for yourself and other teammates
• Maintain a clean and stocked environment in all stations
• Read recipes and prepare dishes accurately
• Complete daily prep/cleaning tasks
• Effective communication with team members and management
• Do basic inventory
• Answer customer questions & provide suggestions on products
• Comfortable working alone and in a team setting
• Learning knowledge about superfoods & using that knowledge to help customers
• Up-selling products to customers, making suggestions
• Can handle fast paced moments and uses down time wisely to catch up on tasks

Additional characteristics we seek but not required:

• Actively living a healthy lifestyle
• Knowledge of health foods and superfoods
• Experiences with basic prep skills, customer service skills & cashiering

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
