Technical Services Support Staff - Verathon®
Verathon® is looking for a Technical Services Support Staff to become the newest member of our Operations located in Bothell, WA.
The Technical Services Support Staff is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to facilitate the flow of equipment throughout the Technical Services department.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Unpack, disinfect, label, and stage all incoming equipment for Technical Services team
- Document receipt of all incoming equipment for Technical Services team
- Deliver equipment for service to technicians
- Collect serviced equipment from technicians
- Pack and ship equipment after service
- Inspect, test, clean, pack, and ship Verathon-owned loaner equipment
- Maintain daily input, output, and shipping records
- Stage scrap material for disposal
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High School education or equivalent GED is required
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, etc.
- Ability to carry and lift 25 lbs. to shoulder height or above head occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and reach repeatedly during shift
