We are seeking a Community Life Coordinator- Life Enrichment

Location: Temperance Senior Living, Sherburn Minnesota

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, occasional weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate the Wellness and Community Life functions with other departments in a constructive manner that helps build team rapport and effectiveness.

Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.

Provide individual programming determined by resident preference and need.

In accordance with CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption

Preferred Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience in health care is preferred.
Must be compassionate toward the elderly, work with tact and ethical awareness, and ensure personal tenant information is kept confidential.
