Train and support Air Force Cyber Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter (CVAH) Weapon System- Directly interact and collaborate with Weapon System community/users
- Enforce and implement current Air Force Technical Orders (AFTOs) for the CVAH Weapon System (WS)
- Daily, weekly, monthly tracking and report of all training initiatives and activities
- Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
- Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
- Collaborates with sales, marketing, and engineering to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedules programs
- Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques
- Confers with management, employees, and clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
- Work under general supervision, providing solutions to training problems of low to moderate complexity
- Bachelors’s Degree in Education or Information Technology and 5 years of experience; or Associate’s Degree in Education or Information Technology and 8 years of experience.
- Active Security Clearance: National Agency Check w/ Inquiries (NACI) / Tier 1 w/ SECRET Eligibility
- Prior experience in developing and delivering training in a technical environment
- Knowledge of the ADDIE process and experience in using it in a rapid development environment
- Strong proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of current training development software tools
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people (across the organization) understand
- Experience in training in a United States Air Force environment
- Experience in Cyber training development and delivery
- Experience in Cybersecurity training development and delivery
- Familiarization / Experience with DI2E (Confluence / Jira / etc.)
- Familiar with Air Force Cyber Protection and / or Mission Defense Teams
- Former Air Force Training Noncommissioned Officer (Any Air Force Specialty Code w/a "T" prefix)
- DoD 8140.01 compliant IAT II (Security +)
- Certification / Experience with SAFe for Teams / SAFe Practitioner
