Position: Treasury Analyst

Position Overview
This role supports the Company’s global operations through daily cash positioning, maintenance of bank accounts/platforms, management of user entitlements, foreign currency risk management and other ad hoc tasks.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Set daily cash position in the US and reconcile prior days balances in US cash pool
- Perform daily payment operations by ACH, Wire, etc.in multiple bank platforms
- Liaise with US division personnel on lockbox collections and payment processing and support divisional collection and payment operations
- Prepare daily global cash position report for management
- Execute foreign currency trades
- Process foreign currency trade confirmations and coordinate settlement with banks
- Review divisional foreign currency exposures and execute the appropriate hedges per policy
- Generate unrealized/realized foreign currency hedge reports and reconcile with bank statements
- Create hedge documentation and monitor hedge valuations to ensure accurate accounting
- Assist administration on all global banking platforms: provide Know-Your-Customer documentation, update account signers, manage/track online users
- Ensure compliance with department policies and corporate controls and procedures
- Help with the organization of Treasury files (i.e. wire support, bank account opening/closing/modification documents)
- Support Treasury related acquisition integration tasks
- Engage in special projects as needed to improve treasury risk management, and streamline treasury operations
- Assist Treasury Manager, as needed, with reporting on letters of credit, credit line borrowings, share repurchases, intercompany loans, etc.
- Maintain bank account and signatory management of all Carlisle bank accounts
- Support and respond to internal and external audit inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Miscellaneous treasury projects to meet the demands of a growing and ever-changing environment.
Requirements:
- 4 year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar quantitative discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years related work experience in accounting, treasury or similar role
- Ability to work fully in office.
- Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking proficiency and organizational skills
- Given the nature of the position, attention to detail is paramount.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, trouble-shoot, manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Maintain strict control procedures and oversight of controls at divisions
- Continuous improvement focus
- Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Working knowledge of ERP systems as they function in large public companies, preferable but not required.
- Strong technical skills in Excel a must

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
